Not sure if it is my height or lack of ''bones''.. I dont think im that much recessed, but i do think i look depressed. Skinnyfat RN, but no energy to work out. Trying to fix my forward head posture, but bullying on teenage years and trauma conditioned my body to look ''protective'' and shrunken.

Appreciate your input. but im all healthy, i dont get it. my mental health isnt good, but general physical health is up to date.

Why be healthy when you can be 12% bodyfat, lean and shredded? The first thing i noticed when i saw your video was skinny fat. This would be the last resort but if you really do not want to go to the gym at least use a GLP1 or GLP3 to lose weight and become lean. Also what mental health difficulties are you facing?

hes just boneless af nigga getting lean will make it worse not only for looks but health (same shit at the end of the day)

Hair is great, try doing more excersise, even if it’s something simple like having a run twice a week before work, maybe better sleep and drink/ eat more healthy (water) becuase you have bad health indicators

nks man. I unfortunately fked up my sleep schedule again due to depression ,but im fixing it up. Im healthy in the inside, but what you saying is that i look like sick or unhealthy?

grow out your hair and clean it up a bit ide try adderal for the motivation might only work if you have bad focus though

Its not all looks. I'm 5ft9 MTN, and haven't had a kiss in 3 years. But over the two years prior to that I have 10+. I think I just need to meet more people
