Rhino+ cantho would help.skin quality is lowkey fucked so idk but you could grow hair out and train masseter muscles to fraud outward gonions. Step one I would say is getting lean and scheduling a rhinoplasty and a canthoplasty. If your stubble is hard to get rid of you could go for a tyrone archetype.
