Found Dr. Lindren (collaborator) who understood that filler can migrate and become puffy when it's injected in the soft tissue. Injecting microdroplets of filler underneath fascia that overlies the bone prevents the filler from migrating or becoming puffy. It is an architectural placement technique as opposed to geographic. It can create natural looking results that stay looking defined, sculpted and lean.
