Just a simple one to start I don't want to go with anything too extream as my first surgery.

I also cant go with anything like rhino as it could get fucked again after I have expansion by Ramieri in December (Nose is disconnected and what not could get shifted again, I might also get my maxilia rotated a bit as Ramieri says my maxilia is deviated which I agree on).

So I'm getting Buccal Fat Reduction probably about 65% reduction in my Buccal Fat which should make them pop a bit more, as I have quite chubby cheeks even at 13.5% BF (I will make sure to be at least 11% before surgery just to see because the fat could go which would then make BFR not worthwhile and I would just back outta it then).
