I basically only post here for cosmetic surgery planning but I get told I have BDD on here sometimes and that my front isn't so bad. Would like to ask you all what you think

First image is properly taken from 1.5-2m away. Second pic is just one from my gallery to show my coloring because the lighting in my house is shit.

Would like to know what you guys think, personally I rate myself somewhere around the middle portion of subhuman. In case you're wondering the surgeries I'm planning are trimax, rhino, infra-malar implants and lower eyelid retraction repair. I'm hoping I can at least be about average after all that. Currently in the decomp phase for trimax and I'll get it next year. Then the rest most likely in 2028.

Yeah maybe, it's the part I'm least enthusiastic / most unsure on. We'll see if I'll need infra-malar, just infra or even just fat grafting when I go for it. I'm doing it mostly so that some support can be made for lower eyelid surgeries as I have a negative orbital vector.

For somewhat socially active men, I see normie 5’9-5’10 guys in relationships pretty often, dating apps are always awful if you aren’t very gl. But it is a little confusing how someone in his position could even be in the position to consider himself subhuman. But BDD isn’t very logical either I guess

Too bulbous and wide nose combined with slightly narrow mouth, rounded eyes, bad infras / cheekbones, horrible jaw frontal angle, lip assymetry (hopefully trimax fixes that), somewhat long philtrum. Then of course from the side I've got a somewhat recessed mandible and a notably recessed maxilla, which is what the trimax is for.

I see guys with way less flaws than me being rated LTN, so it's reasonable to assume that I am subhuman. Also relationships mean shit, tons of ugly guys are in relationships or slaying. I can't use my dating history as any sort of assurance. Nobody can

I would advise you to get off these forums man, none of these ratings mean anything at this point. Base your understanding on your looks based on how you’re treated by women. I was in your position once. And you’re a lot better looking than I am. Surgery will legitimately not help you. You need to have some reasonable understanding of how you look relative to other people irl. Have you even had surgery before? Do you know how grueling the recovery process is? Are you willing to spend all that time and money and effort to still be a high inhibition man who doesn’t even try to be in relationships, I apologize if I’m coming off as rude but please seriously consider what you want to spend your time and effort on

You would be better off getting into an ERP man, seriously. I’ve talked to people in BDD support groups who ascended through surgery with normal looking bases, and it’s never enough. Especially if they considered themselves subhuman to start with. Deal with your psychological issues first. I have a few procedures I want to do as well, but I am much more likely to be happy with the results now that I have built a solid understanding of what’s real and what isn’t.
