Those lips look a little girly lol. Also what do I have to do to achieve what you listed? Oral surgeon wants me to get a MMA for breathing and sleep issues. Would that fix my lower third since they’re going to move both jaws? Also any advice regarding mma would be great thanks!

Upper Third:
*Reasonably lowset hairline which gives the perception of a less dominant neurocranium. This is good.

Middle Third:

*Midface is on the longer side but it's not the end of the world.

*Eyes
- The first thing I notice is eye asymmetry. Usually I wouldn't point it out but in your case, it is quite conspicuous.
- Neutral canthal tilt
- Some UEE (upper eyelid exposure) although very minor
- IPD (interpupillary distance) looks to be in a good range
- PFL (palepbral fissure length) looks average. Neither good nor bad
- Strong brow ridge which is good
- Low set brows which is bueno + reasonable thickness
- Colouring is not that important but you have dark brown eyes.
- Positive orbital vector from the side profile. That's good.
- Overall shape is very prey-ish though. PFL is lacking and it's not compact enough.

- 404. Nowhere to be found. Don't get too worked up over your zygos though because 95% of the population don't have their cheekbones popping.

In your case it would be better to concentrate on getting more chin height and fixing your side profile for aesthetics reason.

It's been awhile but would you mind helping me out on some advice. I have an opportunity to get insurance to pay for a maxillary oeperation but I'm not sure if I should focus on other aspects instead. It's a double jaw surgery so there might be some chin height added due to the way the surgeon wants to handle things. let me know if you can have a discussion about this?

I have a chance to get a maxillary and mandle advancement due to medical reasons through insurance. It will cost me some money though so im looking for advice on whether its worth it or if i should focus elsewhere on looksmaxing. The mandle advancement might add chin height but I''m wondering if we could have a discussion about this? Thanks!
