mtn front lltn side you cant change you side only surgery, what you can do is focus on your front forget what i said earlier mb, focus on maximizing your front like grow your eyebrows put some volume in your hair, you could make your front like hmtn but yeah you cant change your side cause the problem is about your bones

I dont know the exact mechanism but it makes your nose slimer which would ascend you
