How screwed am I having gotten at least 4-5 xrays at diff clinics/offices since they all like to take their own.

Looks like he lifts, the benefits couldve been more from keeping the vertebral column erect. Standing barbell excercises and active stretches mightve helped but I dont think the tonge was doing that much work since 20+ yo is when alot of the facial sutures seal and are quite stubborn. They are not easy to break, myself having gone through 2 MSEs just trying to break the midpalatal suture at near his same age.

The "after" x-ray looks like he is doing a chin tuck. I consider chin tucks for photos a form of frauding but its atleast a good habit to do.

its a timelapse from 17 -23 yo , of course his jaw will grow if he has the genetics for it
I was a birdcel at 18 , still ended up getting a decent jaw at 26 with ZERO mewing
