Consulted Z: he wants to do Chin Wing and ZSO on me. I also want to do a tiny amount of upperlip filler. Consulted Alfaro, he and Z both said they won't to Lefort/BSSO (Bimax) on me. Z also stated Chin Wing could better my lips (easier to keep mouth closed).

Should I go for Chin Wing and ZSO +upperlip filler or something else?

The chin wing will improve ur lip seal so I guess go with that, it might give the illusion of a bsso too so that's a plus
