unfortunately i saw this and he wont be beating shit since ill be doing 28 day fast WITH PICTURES, he wont do before and after, i will not only be doing before and after, i will keep daily updates

after the 28 day fast i will maintain mainly protein, i will eat really healthy, my yearly doc check up is in 1.5 months anyway. ill be ight, but thanks for the concern
