now you are a LLTN so first thing fix your diet(no processed foods,eat real foods like;meat.eggs,milk,fruits use honey instead of sugar;...), start mewing and training your hyoid muscle,train neck,go to the gym,find an hairstyle to cover the baldness and for your face shape.for face hair a recommend a mustache+goatee,wear height boosters.this is all you can do to softmax at your age but if you want so hardmax start whit peptides or surgery

stop thinking like that Start by doing something as i said research a stack use AI and other things to help you just blast and go to gym, Grow your hair out try ti cover your forehead, also minoxidil oil on your eyebrows. yes if you get the right surgery

you need fix your clockwise rotation and your hairloss

i would say start with oral minoxidil and finasteride and hop on roids to give you a slight physique halo

then for the surgery you need to reaserch your main flaw and find a surgery to fix it

and for height you are good as the avrage height in bangladesh i around 5 foot 4

so the only things you should fix is the face and the body

the body is probably going to get better if you hop on roids i would suggest you to hop on just 250 test + working out 5 times a week this alone will ascend you
