in puberty it really depence on the person if your someone who just ldar's the entire day and does nothing to increase igf1 levels you might be around like 300 ish and if you use 2 iu with 300 igf1 it wont do shit.
so i'd recommend everyone to take a blood test and calculate it based of the result
