Bad- My heart rate is higher then usual Wich is normal on clen but I don’t like it at all I feel like I’m constantly jogging even tho I’m sitting down and I have anxiety and shit.

Good- Burning more calories and my appetite is gone Wich is amazing

I have a fit but it’s just more elevated by 20 beats so when I sit down instead of it being at 60 it’s at 80
