Just finished my 2nd session of aqualyx and I feel great

First session thread here:

Before I start, what is aqualyx?
Aqualyx is an injectable fat-dissolving solution used for small, localized fat areas (like chin or cheeks).
14966

How it works:

1. It’s injected into fat under the skin

2. It damages fat cell membranes, causing them to break down

3. Your body triggers inflammation and swelling

4. Over the next weeks, your immune system clears the destroyed fat cells through lymphatic drainage
14965

Mapping technique:
the grid mapping is done by physically dividing the treatment zones into safe geometric blocks and injection dots, I personally marked the areas I was going to inject into as a whole, and then in those areas I spaced out dots 1.5 cm from each other, on the Malar pad that was 6 dots, on the cheek fat that was 12 points.
14967

Of course on different areas you want different mapping techniques, for example on larger planes like belly fat I advise you should mark an area like 10x10cm or more and map out dots 1cm apart. But that's up to you and you only.

My mapping:

14970

It's not very visible I used a very shitty mapping pen, I have an Android and on top of that I'm not very artsy  so don't judge.

Injection techniques:
The Flat Intralipotherapy Angle:
Flat entry angle used when deploying a long needle or cannula into facial fat compartments. The syringe is held completely flush against the skin’s plane (roughly a 10 to 15-degree angle). This flat approach allows you to guide the tip smoothly through the soft subcutaneous fat without accidentally diving deeper into the muscle.
14971

The Direct Puncture:

using a shorter needle directly on a drawn grid. For these small localized zones, the needle is introduced at a steeper 45 to 90-degree angle, but you to pinch the fat compartment upward to keep the solution safely isolated from underlying facial nerves and major blood vessels.

I personally used The direct puncture technique because it seems more natural to me.

Before and after:
Both the before and after are taken the same day, I don't use any filters to make me look slimmer or better or anything whatsoever, I look like ur average guy at the supermarket.
Before:

After:

If you'd like to see more of the before/after please head over to @ltsvalemax on tiktok 😢

What You need:
1. Needles, I used 31G 8mm 1ml syringes ( 40 units, I prefer it that way but you can go with a hundred units )
2. Ideally gloves, not required but appreciated. I don't use them because I don't feel like it :feelsuhh:
3. Alcohol pads, me personally I use 80% alcohol on cotton pieces, you can get creative you don't have to buy most the stuff if you have similar shit at home
4. Aqualyx, mine cost me 20€ per vial. If you want source dm me, Europe based though.
5. Lidocaine, I haven't used any because it's better for me to know if I manage to fuck up something at least I'll feel it, somehow I actually don't feel any pain from aqualyx whatsoever, the pain peak is like 5/10 and goes away within a couple minutes. As of right now 3 hours post procedure the pain is nowhere to be found. I can recommend a lidocaine source if you feel like you need one, again DMS only.
6. YOU NEED TO BUY YOURSELF TIME, the procedure took me around 3 hours and my mom was home the whole time. Mind you I'm 16, I had to make an excuse about going to shower, put my syringes in a towel and took it w me to the bathroom.

14958

This picture is mid procedure, I can't be asked to crop it. Sorry if it makes you feel angry :feelswhy:

Dosage:
my first session was only a testing session, was figuring out how to insert the needle correctly and not fuck up. So I did only 1.4 Ml each cheek, and something extra I don't remember anymore.
My 2nd session ( now ) I did 2.5Ml each cheek and 1.8Ml each Malar pad, next time I'll up the dose even more. I have planned 4 sessions total.

14959

You can dose however you want but I recommend you don't exceed 4Ml per cheek. And of course do your research and think about where you actually NEED aqualyx, not where you want it.

Fat distribution:
Everyone stores fat differently, for example most of my fat is stored in my thighs ( femboy potential?:feelshaha: ) and most importantly my face, I'm 16 so I don't wanna drop my bodyfat % too low. At around 15% bf right now.
14978

Some people have clearly visible bone structure even at 25% bodyfat while others struggle at 14% for example. It's all about how your body stores fat.

End of my awesome thread:
I put some actual effort into this thread, so if you say DNR you like big black men. :feelsgood:

No but seriously thank you for reading through the thread and hopefully I'll be the reason you'll do aqualyx one day, take care.

14956

Extra pic for y'all
P.s: yes I had to make it this colourful so some of the ADHD ngas don't lose their mind reading through this.

This flat approach allows you to guide the tip smoothly through the soft subcutaneous fat without accidentally diving deeper into the muscle.

View attachment 5277470
You can dose however you want but I recommend you don't exceed 4Ml per cheek. And of course do your research and think about where you actually NEED aqualyx, not where you want it.

Fat distribution:
Everyone stores fat differently, for example most of my fat is stored in my thighs ( femboy potential?:feelshaha: ) and most importantly my face, I'm 16 so I don't wanna drop my bodyfat % too low. At around 15% bf right now.
View attachment 5277453
Some people have clearly visible bone structure even at 25% bodyfat while others struggle at 14% for example. It's all about how your body stores fat.

I put some actual effort into this thread, so if you say DNR you like big black men. :feelsgood:

No but seriously thank you for reading through the thread and hopefully I'll be the reason you'll do aqualyx one day, take care.

Just finished my 2nd session of aqualyx and I feel great

First session thread here:

Before I start, what is aqualyx?
Aqualyx is an injectable fat-dissolving solution used for small, localized fat areas (like chin or cheeks).
View attachment 5277273
How it works:

1. It’s injected into fat under the skin

2. It damages fat cell membranes, causing them to break down

3. Your body triggers inflammation and swelling

4. Over the next weeks, your immune system clears the destroyed fat cells through lymphatic drainage
View attachment 5277272

Mapping technique:
the grid mapping is done by physically dividing the treatment zones into safe geometric blocks and injection dots, I personally marked the areas I was going to inject into as a whole, and then in those areas I spaced out dots 1.5 cm from each other, on the Malar pad that was 6 dots, on the cheek fat that was 12 points.
View attachment 5277306
Of course on different areas you want different mapping techniques, for example on larger planes like belly fat I advise you should mark an area like 10x10cm or more and map out dots 1cm apart. But that's up to you and you only.

My mapping:

View attachment 5277317
It's not very visible I used a very shitty mapping pen, I have an Android and on top of that I'm not very artsy  so don't judge.

yo i know some time have passed since this thread but i ve done my 3rd aqualyx session yesterday and i "experimented" with aftercare. After session i iced the area for about 2h (not all the time, with breaks ofc) then i put on an anti-inflamatory gel used for treating swollen areas after hard bruising or accidents, today i woke up less bloated compared to the sessions i did before (keep in mind the bloating is very hard when you wake up). I grabbed some ice then again i used a gel for that swollen area. It was definetly worth it, swelling is still there ofc but it is not an "unnatural" swelling you typically have after aqua.

That's nice but if you've used an NSAID gel or something like ibuprofen GEL you've basically just reduced the effectiveness of the Aqualyx meaning it won't give you any results whatsoever, the inflammatory response is crucial for Aqualyx. I recommend just icing the face everyday for the next 2 days and drinking lots of water. My swelling went down 70% already in 4 days which is crazy compared to the last time where it took a week and half, your only real options are icing, cardio and drinking lots of water, whats helping me flush it all out is probably the 42 degree weather not gonna lie. But point is that most anti-inflammatory creams/gels and pills make Aqualyx ineffective.😢

Damn nigga ty for mentioning that, that cream was nlpz i m using it since yesterday so i think maybe it reduced aqualyx effectivness but just a lil (chat said that it won't(i hope it's right✌️))

I'm sorry man but NLPZ does make Aqualyx inefficient, if you used it like once or twice it's fine it won't completely ruin the Aqualyx effect but take care of that shit next time. I don't recommend using any anti-inflammatory drugs or creams for the first 3 to 5 days after Aqualyx. I'll go more in depth about this and more in the 3rd session thread, thank you

Yeah nigga ik i just forgot abt that i did 7.5ml in the whole double chin and under mandible area. I hope that the amount of aqua i used is enough to somehow tank it. Also grok told me that in the worst possible case i ll lose 1/5 of effectiveness

I did one needle per 3 injections, I'm not that worried about the needle being less sharp or not sterile anymore I'm not gonna be using the needles on multiple people so what does it matter. I drew in air into the needle the exact amount I wanted to take from the vial and I flipped the vial upside down, filled it with the air and let it do it's thing it'll pressurize it and draw in the exact amount of aqualyx.
