The nicotine voices started speaking to me last night, theres no harm in vaping but im working on my self control. I think once a month is up ill start with nicotine again as nicotine is proven to have very good cognitive benefits, aswell it helps me out alot with cutting as an appetite supressent.

Was at the store today and some lady asked me to grab something from the top shelf, surprised by this as I'm only 5'9 and some 6'2 Tyrone was behind me.

Diet

Diet was terrible today, no raw food today went 350 calories over my limit

food was mostly good, pork and steak with Greek Yoghurt was my dinner, had 3 energy drinks though #negativecalories. Had some chocolate too and more yoghurt, and my lunch was half a chicken.

I think tomorrow I need to eat better, and go to the gym, today was meant to be a chest day but hoooooooly I did 20k steps today and cba going to watch a movie if anyone gives me suggestions in the next 20 ill watch it and give a review

i got a bit more sleep too about 5 hours not the best but its good, but im pretty tired now so think im gonna get a good amount tonight. Planning on 8 hours minimum

I’ve tried a handful, most similar was kismat (?) I think that’s its name, round bottle w/o the cut glass engraving. But a little sweeter than the og with less spice imo

At least not animalics, had a girl say it smells like shit (it was the civet and oud oil blend I had on)
They like either sweet scents, or fresh easygoing ones, and woody musky ones.
Though there is obviously some subjectivity but for the mainstream that’s the usual

maybe i just am very good at picking the right scents.
I wear alot of tobacco heavy fragrances and i get lots of compliments on them as a pasty short white guy so definitely not the pheno.
