3 and 1/2 months change

Can I get a rating. This is my difference in 3 and a half months. Ive been trying to improve tan, lean and debloat. Give me a true rating and tips on how to improve. I will carry on leaning out as currently I am around 83kg 18% 5’11” (180cm).
