My orbitals are 3 cm tall. How compact is that, and how big should they be ideally? Any research?

mines 3cm left to right too, is it ideal or just only average
average i think maybe ideal is 32-33. width to height ratio anyway should be 3.6 or so absolute measurement doesnt matter unless you are looking at PFL:ICD

Vertically. Is there a source from which you know this is an average?
idk how its 3 cm vertically you are measuring wrong or something that doesn't really matter then

In your opinion, can't we just feel the upper and lower edges of the orbital and measure them with a ruler?

No, it’s too difficult to approximate the thickness of the soft tissues.

If you actually think you may get some surgery then go and get a CT scan. Otherwise you are just measuring things you can’t change.

The £400 I spent on my CT was worth every penny.
