3 day gym best workout plan

I can only afford to go to the gym 3 times a week maybe 4 due to me being a brokecel and cant afford daysaver 6 or 5 times a week

I've seen full body workout plans but they're not ideal for looksmaxxers too focused on legs and other unimportant aesthetic muscles
I've thought abt adapting an Upper/Lower 4 days a week routine and cutting out the lower half day to just once a week JFL

if you're saying legs are unaesthetic muscles you're wrong. the quads and specifically the tensor fasciae latae can make a difference in how slim your waist looks and therefore make your frame look different and the whole physique more aesthetic

Starting strength is another good one, tried and true.

Can I replace the barbell excercises with 2 handed dumbell excercises jfl man i still havent touched barbells and dont want to make myself look like a retard in the gym

absolutely nobody cares trust me
especially if you're small people will know you're learning

Bro I cannot lift heavy amounts on the barbell bench press for some reason Iโ€™m stuck lifting 5kg on either side while I can do 14kg on dumbbell bench bress

accessories:
lat pull downs 3x10
hammer curls/bicep curls 3x10
lat raises 3x15
face pulls 3x15
Day B:
main:
3x5+ pullups/weighted pullups
3x5+ OHP
3x5+ deadlift
accessories:
db rows 3x10
triceps pushdown 3x10
lat raises 3x15
face pulls 3x15

alternate 3 days a week ez
