bro there is nothing like skin whitening, it js detans you, you cant change your height and skincolour... hydroquinone has a chance of melanoma and is used for hyper pigmentation not tanning.

I know I just want to get to my naturally lightest skin colour like the arms and upper chest. Nothing more than that. I saw a lot of people regard hydro as a potential detanner or smth.
