I wake up in the morning, sunbathe butt naked while eating breakfast then the rest of the day I pretty much rot or sleep. Regarding what I eat and how much can vary. I get my stuff from supermarkets. It's fine to eat it cooked, just don't overcook your shit. If you lack money then I would go for organs since no one really touches it and it's cheap.
