In my cold latitude of Russia, and my current unemployment, I sunbathe every day where there are no overcast, from hour 10 to hour 15, which are hours of highest UV index, so around 5 hours, while other hours usually have UV index of 1 (so it completely stops).

If your mother is black or brown there is a high chance you have standard coupled mitochondria (that we white and asians do not have, we have uncoupled). Those genetics of mitochondria are designed to dissipate heat, but ours are designed to store it.
You can benefit from sunbathing better, but cannot do cold exposure for mitochondrial light, because there would be no point, not much generation of mitochondrial UV and IF, and no storage of it inside the cell's gel and surface at all.
Basically you must do sunbathing all year round, or you're gonna be seriously deteriorating in looks, life energy, brain, diseases.
We, who live on cold latitude in Europe, while having white skin and uncoupled mitochondria mutation, need to do cold exposure all year round, while consuming DHA, because sunbathing for us is available only during 3 months of the year, and realistically for jobbers it's not available at all. In other months of the year we get absolutely 0 UV because sun's angle and length are different.
