Not speaking for myself, but how would you know if the upper section needs to be downgrafted.

Why would it not just be rotated and moved forward?

For example why downgraft the lateral orbital rims?

Why rotate the radix? Why downgraft the radix?

How do you know which areas need to be downgrafted and which need to be rotated? So confusing honestly
