Sleep quality has improved by like 76%. Inb4 I might go to 4mg for more prefrontal cortex benefit. During the day im more sleepy but not calmer. I still wobble around with my leg or am not sitting still but sleep is really good. Works better for sleep than daridorexant

Yeah im also in adaption phase, the first 2 weeks i had really strong headaches, but going from 2 to 3 is only +50% whereas 1 to 2 mg is +100%. But its good countering the insomnia i get from Vyvanse and it has also benefits in the prefrontal cortex.
