My gyno has definetly depleted since I started working out. I am already 18Good progress, I wouldn't worry about the gynocomastia until you are late 17 or 18 years of age, the gland will never dissipate entirely but it can deplete to some degree, especially if you are working about being more active
I just noticed tbh, obviously can't tell whether it's pseudo or glandular with a glance but at-least some of the accents on it was due to fat, maybe it will improve further, I had gyno (mild) at one point but it's gotten quite a bit better for me as well even being the same age as you, though I doubt it'll ever go away entirely I like to hope it willMy gyno has definetly depleted since I started working out.
