Softmaxxes:
(Peps are grey but still)
Reta - starting at 2.5mg, currently on 5mg
Glutathione - 500mg daily for health and livermaxx

Physical shit:
Grew out hair
Eyebags - sleeping more + makeup Maxx (no makeup in either pictures though)
Acne - Salicylic acid (2%) ~ no accutane YET
Eyebrows - plucking them for better shape
Debloat - Potassium maxxing with coconut water (Kirkland brand mogs)

Supplements:
L-Theanine + L-Glutamine for focus and mental (sports research mogs imo)
D3 + K2 (sports research again)
Creatine - 10mg for muscles and "nootropic effects"
Protein + carb maxxing bc reta reduces energy and don't want any muscle loss ~ mainly through a better home cooked diet

What do we think boys

That's a smart guy right there. Good on you for understanding how actual muscle preservation works. Yes protein is important but carbs are also necessary, even on a cut/diet.
