3 months chin bonesmashing results

Nah it didnt just more prptrussive from front

Hey guys so I made a post 1 month and a half ago showing my 1.t month chin bonesmashing results.

Here is 3 months.

Againi do not recommend this, as I am not a doctor and im autistic af.

But i went about the subperiosteal hematoma method and tapped gently every day.

The after picture is 2 days post bonesmashing as I am starting to breakout again.

I tried to keep the head tilt the same

Regardless my results are obvious imo.

I think i have gotten to where I wabt to be and will continue for a nother 2 months max.

Lmk if u have any questions.
Solid progress. Some of the best evidence of this shit working I've seen. Does it feel like scar tissue?

bonesmashing doesn’t rearrange your bones retard

good on you for giving yourself scar tissues and bumps!!!

Dude thanks for posting your results! I started this week and was struggling with my chin.. Didn't know if I was supposed to go hard or slow. Btw, you said you used an ikos to hit it, what is that? cause I was using n hammer all this time 16oz probably. So if you could give your update and help me out that'd be great! Regardless thanks for posting this dude

bro give me sets reps or how much time you did for each bone pls

what did you use to hit

bro give me sets reps or how much time you did for each bone pls
I do around 3 min chin and 3 min each cheekbones. Everyday..

I hit with low to medium porce with a metal iqos.

At the start i would break out on the areas i would hit. But now it went away

what did you use to hit
Metal iqos.

I stopped for a couole weeks and do it every other day.

But now im back into it.

Im starting to focus more on the chin; as cheekbones are prominent enough now and might start browridge and suptaorbitals

Holy mirin gonna give this a try following your recomendations, i'll try on my maxila and see if it gets some growth
you better be joking niglet "bonesmash maxilla" fucking idiot

Honnestly man its hard to explain it feels like hard tissue. Like my face since started feels much more bony. My chin seems to have grown some bonelike material.

Im focusing hard on my ramus now. I will make a post soon about my complete transformations.

HEy man no sets or reps. Just do around 3 minutes of small to medium hits with a light 300 gram Iqos. Which is like a metal vape kinda ideal. You dont want anything heavy.

I ususally did 3 mins for chin 3 mins for each cheekbone aswell.

Supras less than that.

Thanks for the support man.

Im not a fan of the hammer because its too heavy and you cant be very precise with it. The iqos is heavy enough and just about the right thickeness to perfectly target what you want.

And yeah ill make a new post soon

How to you prevent chin irritation whenever I start bonesmashing my chin my skin starts to shed and very easily within 10 small hits
ITs normal at the start used to get it all the time. But it could also be because you hit too hard or with too heavy of an object

Do you just bs the front of the chin? And did you do hard or light hits, how often per week
Every day loght hits. I also did cheekbones ramus and suprasm although much less tims on ramus and supras and lighter hits

So basically bonesmashing does not work via wolfs law. That was the misxconception all along.

Then the theory of calluses could make sense.

But the one that makes the most sense is as follows.

I stumbled across periosteal reactions and ossification (a variation of hematomas) aswell as bony callus formations.

Through the research I did find, that if bone growth is not associated to hematomas, it could well be formed by the ossification of bony - Hard calluses.

Even if the calluses dont ossify they would become somewhat bony.

I thus started bonesmashing every 24 hours the chin As well as the gonions and ramus (will make a post about those results aswell.

I do believe I got good results from smashing both these areas.

The first pic was in december, and the after pic is from today. Note I havent bonesmashed in 48 hours because i have gotten quite a bit of acne from it and I am waiting for it to pass.

I bonesmashed with low to medium force and only primarly targeted the front of the chin to help my slight chin recession. My chin from the front is long enough and wide enough.

I will be continuing for at least 4-6 months ( as many of the research suggest adaptation by that time)

I dont recommend it, and this is more of an experiment. but if you do it do very gently the misconception is to do it hard.

And also if you were to theoretically do it be careful with your teeth as hitting the chin could cause you make your teeth hit one another.
How often would you do it every 24 hours. Was, say, five minutes a day good enough?
