3 months of incosistent calisthenics

I don't really do much except push ups and sometimes, once a week, I do some bicep curls with my school bag

Thoughts? I might go to a gym but I've heard it makes you worse in boxing and I wanna take up boxing as a hobby so IDK. I'll fs try to be more consistent in calisthenics after exercising tho

Explosive exercises and high rep exercises will get you a good athletic physique

Explosive exercises like lifting weights explosively or like explosive pushups?

Also high rep as in more sets or more reps per set?
