Every one seems to not agree on wether u should workout 6 or 3
I feel 6 id better if roided?

I have 15 kgs dumbells and cant afford gym
So i thought maybe working out more is better with lower weights

from what i know it all depends on the frequency you hit the muscle

for example
ppl hits full body 2x a week if you do 6 days a week

upper lower hits the body 3x a week if you do 6 days a week

full body eod hits the body 3.5x a week

There is no significant difference in hypertrophy if you hit a muscle 2 or 3x a week. Though it may help not sure and the more the better ig before diminishing returns.

Both going 3 and 6 times is good and makes no difference as long as you hit every muscle group atleast 2x a week at minimum.
