Body is little above the average.
So overall, in real life, people would likely see you as average range

Soft looksmaxxing suggestions:
- hairstyle that covers temples, and forhead a bit (like for example Johny Depp hair style has currently)
- skin smmothness, acne, getting that a bit better with good skincare stuff.
- maybe color upper hair, a tiny bit darker.

A wraparound jaw implant is better for him. he is not really recessed, and getting double jaw surgery is a huge procedure with long recovery time for a oldcel like him. Still Ht or hair system is a MUST.
