Getting 3 piece lefort 1 basically they cut maxilla at the canine teeth into 3 pieces. I have big gaps in between my canine and 2nd from middle teeth. I look like a huge retard with these gaps in between my teeth and have to live with them until the surgery early next year

is this 3 piece surgery better than a SARPE??? And will it remove nasalbol folds
