reason 2 - if u hold the shit u will poop bigger turds and you will get more satisfaction out of shitting a huge load of poop

reason 3 - u will build a strong anal sphincter from holding ur shit in so u wont have poop urges when being on important events

its over if u actually wipe ur ass
