I used 30% hydroquinone it made me light very quickly but also makes the skin very flaky and soft.
The lightening effect is only temporary tho so gotta keep using it, and it is very tedious

Only if the dye inflames your scalp, this can be prevented with anti-fungal shampoo like Nizoral
