3 way expander fix?

My teeth are pretty fucked up from my narrow upper palate, my lower teeth tilt inwards. Could a 3 way expander like shown in that pic expand my palate, letting my extra tooth move into place? Or would I need braces? Would it even work at all? Also it’s not an extra tooth, I have the same amount of teeth it’s just this one tooth pushed outwards cause of crowding.

consult ur ortho , that type of crowding just looks disgusting brah , do whatever u have to do but get it done asap

I live in India so all orthos are gross and unhygienic. however if I got my 3 way expander now, I’ll get braces after in Canada as I’d be moving back at the end of this year, and I don’t wanna delay my treatment an entire year cause I’d be 15 by then

also I had already lived in Canada before this my entire life I just came here temporarily cause my grandfather on my dads side died

dude you're 14 just get the 3 way expander, get braces after if the teeth don't align, also get the braces out of India

as someone who has taken lots of flights through asia, I can confidently say if you spend any time in delhi you will get raped, any where else in India and you'll be fine (for the most part)
