3 way expander

I have an extra tooth that’s like above another, my ortho said I should extract a tooth below but that’s recess my maxilla. I was thinking if I got a 3 way expander, the gap would let the tooth fall into place, would I require braces to do that last step though? I don’t trust my Jewish ortho

3 way expanders would require braces + they just expand your dental arch they don't give you forward growth

no, just not enough room for my current one and also another one is pushed back because of that, from my calculations 7mm total extra space is enough to fit my teeth and 12mm for proper breathing, though I could be wrong
