I gained so much fat from huge bulks in high school, plan is to go down to 6-7% bodyfat then eat in a 100 calorie surplus for a bit to recomp.

I have a lot of experience leanmaxxing, roidmaxxing, and debloating and have competed in NPC classic physique.

Ive tried everything for dieting/appetite, even semaglutide. Most effective for me has been adderall (you need to get it legally fs, and NEVER share about it here if you get it illegally lol, but if prescribed generics its SO CHEAP).
coffee: messes up my skin and digestion, blood sugar can crash later
energy drinks: same issues but worse
cigarettes: not as good as I thought for dieting, severe vasoconstriction, skin issues, allergy-like response sorta

I think fundamentally improving my gut heath via NO: gluten sugar artificial sweeteners vegetables fiber; and then + probiotics/kombucha drinks for bacterial diversity, may have improved satiety and hunger cues, which used to be outta control. It is VERY legit that messing up gut bacteria can lead to worse hunger mgmt and cravings.


These are about 25lbs apart for me. However, even 10lb more than now, I basically look like the top pic haha, since last pounds can be so crucial.
CRAZY thing is, getting closer to bottom pic stage, each couple lbs its like IOIs go up 10%. For me, 185-175lbs Im still a bloated disaster, but then once hitting 160, each pound is like notable difference, it's nuts.

Being GL is life changing for me. Hard to even get up in the morning (Esp at uni) when not GL. Ironically it does make my charisma/personality way better as well due to positive reinforcement and receptiveness of others, etc.

Last, I have a really based black-pilled af dieting handbook written by a couple rly shredded people that I can DM you and share my experience with fs. It's the best method ever and yet no one follows it.

What's wild IME is that being higher bf and water retentive makes my jaw look NARROWER. Ig maybe cheekbone area is horizontally bloated even more or sm. Used to worry that getting leaner and leaner would remove more mass from genial area and it would be too narrow, yet instead, it made it look WIDER relative to zygos and more squared up/better in general. Crazy how being fully lean just fixes everything on your face
