If he wanted to get rid of his slightly bulging eyes why didnt he just fix his thyroid. Which is what causes bulging eyes in the first place

His eyelids were fine before, but If he really wanted tighter outer lower lids it was just toning the malaris muscle. Which is responsible for eyelid tightness.
This is literally treating the symptoms and not the cause. For a really expensive price and a bad result.

Overall I’m happy with my surgeon. The pic on the right is after eye surgery 3 weeks post op. The lower lids are still a bit to high on the iris but will come down as the weeks go by and the lateral canthus tightness will become normal as well. This is 3 weeks with little to no swelling post op. The after pic is looks mined tbh ever since corona I stopped carrying about what I eat and have bloated up to 23% body fat. The left is probably around 17% mid corona. I used the same angle in both pics. The only soft maxing I did was buy hair dye to make my hair jet black . I have grey hairs since I was 18 years old it’s genetic. Also I’m not norwooding but have shitty widows peak genes

Not all bulging eyes are caused by thyroid and even if you fix it you still would need orbital decomp? Or am I missing something

his eyes were slightly bulgy before bruh but the thing is he got 3rd wall orbital decomp that shit brings people who have eyes sticking almost entirely out of their face to normal looking, this is what happens when you do it on borderline normal eyes. i think first wall would have been a much better result.

In most cases your eyes will go back to normal
Its not instantaneous like a surgery it takes some time.

You should have gotten under eye fillers see if you like that, then orbital rim implant with a graft to your lower eye lid if you wanted to be very aggressive
