3 year natural ascension. What changed most and what instant + over time changes can I still make to keep ascending? 13 to 16 years old 170lb 6ft 👍😎

I think you can tell more in person, less pale, fixed eye area as much as I could, leaned down, and some other things though I do know that your bones develop with age so it’s definitely partly growing up as well.
