I thought only cals and protein matter, and how you distribute macros doesnt as long as protein is 0.7g/lb+it's pretty much THE ONLY THING that matters.
I have legit the exact same body as the guy in the OP after 2 years of heavy lifting+ cardio going 3/4 times a weekInsane cause a diet for progress is so simple:
Breakfast: Protein bar + greek yogurt
Lunch: Turkey + eggs
Afternoon snack: Protein bar + greek yogurt
Dinner:Turkey + eggs
Boom, there you have it, the simplest diet in the universe, it will come off as repetitive but it will surely give you better results than this goyslop abuser.
Those icecreams are technically more fat than carbs if you count the calories coming from each macronutrient.
Yes carbloading is a thing big time, more so for athletes or war machines. Protein is somewhat overrated and better off when its normie and less autist akin to here.
