Heres why most gymcels fail

-not tracking calories
-not tracking lifts
-not tracking weight
-wasting too much time on legs which drains cns making it harder to make upper body gains
-eating microwavable meals that leak microplastics
-wearing polyester underwear/bedsheets/pillow cases that lowers testosterone
-not eating nutrient dense food like bone marrow, steak, eggs, organic potatoes, organic dates
-not taking a beef liver supplement
-not getting high quality sleep
-training too much which can stall lifts and jack up appetite
-not fasting too much calories

people want to do the bare minimum and get high level results like Kinobody

If you don't track your lifts load up the smith too heavy and guillotine yourself you time wasting prick

He’s 6’3

I’ve boxed for years and would obliterate this clown in a fight

I’ve sparred guys taller than him, way heavier and actually skilled

Insane cause a diet for progress is so simple:

Breakfast: Protein bar + greek yogurt
Lunch: Turkey + eggs
Afternoon snack: Protein bar + greek yogurt
Dinner:Turkey + eggs

Boom, there you have it, the simplest diet in the universe, it will come off as repetitive but it will surely give you better results than this goyslop abuser.

I have legit the exact same body as the guy in the OP after 2 years of heavy lifting+ cardio going 3/4 times a week

Thank Allah I am a manlet sometimes. I went from being a 50kg anorexic to looking like this on about a month. A month after I looked bulky AF but fat + muscle.


Only at 3.5k calories a day.

Yes carbloading is a thing big time, more so for athletes or war machines. Protein is somewhat overrated and better off when its normie and less autist akin to here.

However OP I can't see the photo but have an idea of what it is if it's dad bod.
