I have like a month or two to become the most attractive version of myself. What do you guys consider the fastest looksmaxs in existence? I am 6feet tall, muscular, 20% bf or so. I was thinking growing a beard and getting a haircut would be a good start, but what else could I do? I'm using minox for my beard but plan on stopping 3 days before my meeting. I need to change how I look in order to give off the idea that I'm a changed man or that I've grown. Any Ideas will be appreciated.

But besides losing weight, what else is there to do? I was thinking hyaluronic acid daily for 1 week before my meeting and bonesmashing my cheekbones daily for more volume.
 
drop to 10% bf is the best one and will make the biggest difference no question.
In your case you would need to lose 40 pounds in 60 days which is impossible without severe restriction

Alright, I'm doing OMAD whilst riding my bike 1 hour daily. That would pretty much guarantee at least 5kg of fat loss in a month.

Everything is doable, man. I once lost 10kg in like a week from fasting and running, tho I lost lots of muscle in the process.

In any case, I was thinking of learning to play the guitar and smoking one cig a day to become an ultrachad. I really need to impress this one chick that I'm gonna meet in like a month. Besides that, are there any free softmaxxes that I'm not taking into account?

Start fasting now. Take a dnp cycle. Start chewing your ass off. And leanmaxx fast so don’t fast and eat shit afterward. Try to keep at beef and chicken.

Yeah man I'm sticking to what my mom cooks, only having lunch with my parents and shit. On the other hand, what do you think about smoking a cig a day? I want this mostly because of the t benefits and voice depth. Also, what about nofap? Is it true that it gives you a "glow" of some sort?
 
Lose more weight (get to 10% body fat) and increase your fashion. Also make sure your hair style fits your face.

These softmaxxes, while small, will benefit you.

I wouldn’t know I’ve never been able to go past 5 days of no fap.

I will say when you get to day 4 and 5 you start getting more confident.

What hairstyle would you recommend?

I'm going to get my eyebrows done so they look well kept. I was also thinking about having them shaved to give me a neutral angle instead of my current one (which makes me look evil/not trustworthy)

Given that I don't have enough time to let it grow out, do you think something like this would work?

On the other hand, I'm thinking of letting my beard grow out, right now I have a 1 week stubble, but with lots of bald spots. Is it worth it to let my beard grow as I lose weight? Or would it be better to just focus on looking slim and shave my face. The only problem I find with using minox is the bloating, which gives me nasolabial folds, but after 4 days or so after stopping it goes away. Thx for the feedback

Idk how much body fat I have, it's just an estimate. I'm 95kg 184cm, swole as fuck. I never really got ripped, and tbh filling all my shirts and looking like an absolute unit with clothes on is much more to my liking.

Time is running, anything else I should do?
 
You can lose plenty of water weight in a month but not a lot of fat. You just don't have enough time to lean out in 30 days even if you do a water fast (assuming RMR of 2000kcal a day, and you doing a full 30 day water fast [which would also deplete you of most your muscle mass] you would only burn off 7 kilos of fat.

If you're now 184cm 95kg at 20% body fat, you would be at ~88kg and completely devoid of muscle mass and skinnyfat at around 17% body fat.

Tldr; You just can't do it in 30 days even if you literally eat nothing and only drink water and do an ECA stack

You can lean up a bit in 30 days, but you wont become chiseled. You didn't get to 20% overnight and you can't become 10% that quickly

(For reference - it took me nearly half a year to go from 15% to 10% body fat and a lot of hunger)
