did you find anyway to widen lips? Tbh my last cope is to leanmax; it's not even that narrow but not wide either. gotta cope with some appliance and get nose tip rhino. That's all we can do.

Doesnt look like MSE, looks like a regular Hyrax expander, I dont see any screws so it looks like its mostly tootyh anchored.

Patient is female so this might not work as easily on males even at 18. Beware.

Extremely narrow palate in the before (4 teeth showing). Any sort of modest skeletal expansion for patients like this generally has a significant impact on the zygos as their maxillas were quite transversely deficient to begin with.
