im in the never ending cut for 3 days then bulk for 2 days loop but that means on average i am cutting more then bulking i guess and my meds have been reduced

i had a dream i could go back in time and i accepted it but then i woke up made lots of bad decisions in my life no use ruminating about it but its just man i just feel nothings gonna change not that im depressed or anything its just im stuck in a loop where nothing changes
