not any fighting in denmark, besides "boot camp", I never really had any majot combat situations. The reason i wanted to be apart of the military was because i didnt really see any jobs or educations that would make me happy, so i thought i would turn my life around and return home as a big "chad". Honestly thinking about it, making my parents proud was also a big factor.

Im probably a 5/10 in inuit standards but compared to danes im subhuman. I was always scared of plastic surgery, since all I knew about plastic surgery was fake boobs and too much lip filler.

When u get to tht point though u reaalise not much changes assuming u look after urself u should be better off and be in better financial position but most people really dont ever fully mature. Start good habits early with exercise etc. Important to build a base at a young age makes it much easier to maintain (I see those who just started exercising now around late 20s and they haven an uphill battle.

Try as many different things as possible even if its something that you don't think you would be interested in its important to try and find interests at a young age

Try and keep ur focus on the long term (next year or years down the line) and dont get distracted by day to day bs tht doesnt matter (easier said thn done).

If u land in any type of rut thn try and get treatment and ssrri straight away (assuming ur gd havits like exercisis dnt keep u straight). SSRIS increase neurogenesis in the brain and are effectively a performance enhancing drug that have got a bad reputation with some ppl because of doctors starting ppl on initial doses that are too high.

Socialise as much as possible. Again don't avoid social situations bcause u cba or u feel uncomfortable. Its rly important to develop gd social skills at a young age but also good connections with people for the future.

Dont take bs on social media seriously. U see people in early 20s who look successful the reality is most people are losers (financially) even in there mid 20s and onwards. It will baffle u how clueless and financially illiterate people are.
