Had 18 this morning then finished off the final 12 just now.

Might do 30 a day every day next week. Only 1650 cals if you don't include the juice. This'll help me get lean.

How do you cook them?

Always keep the yolks raw.

I would fry them on a low heat, keeping the yolks runny but cooking the white.

yeah, maybe try drinking some yolks on their own and using less for the drink, maybe youre just using too many yolks who knows.
