300 test right now worried about closing plates early

I have arimidex but I don’t feel like I have high e2 affexts

Should I take 20mg tamoxifen daily to keep em open or is 10mg enough or what do I do help please

only way to know is blood test for e2 unless you magically wake up with a pair of DDs
