Phenibut feels like lyrica and is cheaper so I just use phenibut nowadays instead

It's very hard to describe. You feel waves of euphoria in your body going up from your legs to your arms. A sort of physical euphoria. Mental euphoria. Music appreciation enhancement , music sounds much better. Relaxed. Happy. A bit like being drunk but without the bad effects of alcohol (such as mood swings, vomit etc)

It takes at least 250 mg to feel it on tramadol . Less than that and you won't feel anything. That's a common dose though not really a high dose
