(30M) Some guys advised me to get surgery to reduce the size of my nose and lips, otherwise I was screwed, is that a good idea?

Yes, obviously surgery is a good idea, but there are other ways to reduce nose size like hydrocortisone just remember to take ashwagahnda so u dont decrease test

Morph with alar base reduction (alar plasty) and lips reduction :

Doesn't make a whole lot of difference to be honest. You would need to put in more work.
First : general weight/fat loss to fix the round shape of your face. If you have large & resilient buccal fat pads, get buccal fat removal ; if your masseter is too bulky, inject botox in it.
Then : thicken up your eyebrows. Minoxidil + microneedling will take +/- 6 months to produce results. A brow pencil could be useful.
Finally, another hardmaxx : it looks like you have ptosis (heavy upper eyelid). Ptosis repair surgery will open up your eyes and give you a more alert look. When you consult an ophthalmologist or an oculoplastic surgeon about it, ask them if a canthopexy or any other procedure could improve your eye area, so you could bundle them in one single session.

You could imagine a scenario where you work differently on the nose, by grafting the tip, columella & bridge and by reducing nostril exposure even further, for a "less Black" result.
I guess you could also reduce both lips even more.
