Oh I didn't realize, I just pulled it off of google images. At least my nordic pheno wife says I'm handsome. :LOL: I wonder what I have going for me then..frame/height? Girls throughout school and college were attracted to me and pursued me.
depends on the girls face tbh.i also have had girls liking me but im like ltn but girls were the same range or lower, attractive valuable girls only go for rich or 5.5 psl+ guys.
body halo most likely, also post another whole body pic because you look like around 5'7 in those not 6'2, maybe it looks distorted.

I am; just need an outlet every once in a while. However, I think looksmaxxing is important no matter what stage of life you're in. You can't let everything go to shit just because you've reproduced.

i agree you look good just go to thr gym make sure your hair is good and do the basics

Sir, get on Ray Peat diet ASAP; though this will require 3 months of research on your end in the end you will be more educated and will be on the perfect diet
And it is quite expensive

You have muscle on you and I can see that you have pretty good facial harmony.
Only thing left is to lower your bf% since your face looks bloated.
I'd suggest looking into calorically dense foods that are delicious enough for you to maintain a good bf% for the rest of your life (15% is realistic even if you don't have the best genetics for maintaining low bodyfat)

And yes you're right, looks are important for every aspect in life, including getting jobs and positive influence from your environment, it'll help your self confidence as well.

I pretty much eat paleo. My recent change is avoiding frying in oil and baking/steaming instead. I eat a lot of fish/meat/eggs, vegetables cooked and raw, fruit and nuts with limited carbs like potatoes/breads. Perhaps what's making dieting hard is that my in-laws buy a ton of sugary drinks/pasties and they're always just laying around. :feelswat:

I took a glance at Ray Peat..looks similar to how I eat. I don't eat burgers, pizza or pasta as it is.

I've been staying around 15% throughout my entire 20's. Even now I have abs at 210. :trepidation: I think I just have a meaty face.

My recent change is avoiding frying in oil and baking/steaming instead.
If you are cooking with oil use Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, you will typically find this in Asian store in your town or health store/"whole foods"
It is very very stable under heat and it is constituted of 91% Saturated Fatty Acids and very low in PUFA.
I suggest you drop them from your diet if you eat them in significant quantities
Nuts have Unhealthy Fatty Acids such as PUFA (Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids; these are unhealthy because they slow down your metabolism, toxic to liver, etc... This is one of the core principles in Ray Peat dietary philosophy (limiting PUFA consumption) ) and they also have Phytic Acid which binds to minerals such as Zinc, Magnesium... And the protein in them has really poor Amino-Acid profile. Really they are a famine food

I suggest you completely stop eating carbs in the form of Starch and Fiber (wheat, rice, potatoes, corn...) and replace it with sugar; such as sugar from fruits (could be canned or fresh), Orange Juice (could buy concentrate and make it yourself) or any 100% fruit juice such as Pomegranate; Pineapple, Honey, milk (milk has significant Lactose content, and can be a good carb source; since you are In ukraine maybe you can even get raw milk from a village for you and your family :feelsgood:), dates.
This will make you lose fat easily.

That's actually not a bad outcome. However, why would she leave future Chads to fend for themselves; wouldn't she want them to achieve their potential by being there? The more likely outcome is she leaves me alone with nothing.

Appreciate it. However... saturated fats are bad for the heart; they are solid at room temperature and they're the one's depositing as atherosclerosis. You've heard that margarine is bad, right?

That's a lot to digest, but I did go to medical school. Omega-3 fats are an important part of the cell membrane, especially in neurons. Nuts are full of Omega-6 which are less important because we can make them ourselves but are also quite necessary for cellular structure. I'm not sure I'll buy into eating sat fats. :trepidation: I can just lower my overall fat intake.

besides, you can't go under 5 gram PUFA intake unless you are a lab in a rat, and even they fare fine; though they experience "Essential fatty acid (EFA) deficiency", which is actually a dietary B Vitamin deficiency , and in many cases any symptoms completely reversed by supplementation of vitamin B6.

Height I get...the excess estrogen from aromatization will seal growth plates.

I think the video above has the statement cant remember. But I do remember Leo saying that obese boys during puberty have less penile growth or something like that. Basically make sure they are physically active, at a good body fat and eating a good varied diet
