32M Progress Thread | Shaved thinning hair + body | Before (hairy High BF%) vs After (buzzed Fat loss )— Rate the change + looksmax advice

32 M / 5’11”

Before 230lbs (DEC. 2025 — thinning on crown, full beard, higher body fat):

• Buzz cut + fully shaved body, kept short stubble beard 2-3mm length


• Dropped some fat, upper chest/shoulders starting to show separation


Goal: Drop to 10-12% BF in the next few months for visible abs + sharper V-taper. Abdominal veins is my goal


Current plan: 500-900 cal deficit, daily 10k- 15k steps, Weights 3x/week, basic skincare (Cerave AM+PM s + SPF mornings), 8+ hrs sleep.
- Reta (1month so far)
- GHK-CU (every other day)

Starting shortyly:
-Tessamoreline (visceral fat)
-Wolverine Stack (tight shouler/pinky injury)


Be honest (younger crowd here so I know you’ll keep it real):


• Overall improvement from the hair/body shave? Opinions or archetypes?


• What to fix first (lower belly? build shoulders more? jawline? beard length?)


• Any looksmax or biohacks I’m missing at 32, preserve youth, etc.? Still lot of work ahead.


Just want constructive feedback so I can keep improving. No sugarcoating needed — I’m here to transform.
