An untreated mental illness is the only reason why a normie wouldn't be able to get laid if he wanted to.

In the case of some mentalcels though, they can be treated with the right medication, this is the case for me with my ADHD, with the proper dose of medication I feel happy because I am able to focus on my college studies and I am able to play my video games and be entertained by them, and the same thing goes for reading books or playing the guitar or doing anything else that I like that isn't a passive activity like watching TV. Without the right medication though, all those fulfilling or fun activities become impossible and I suddenly become depressed and sad.

Mental health is a serious issue, not a madeup thing like many here believe. I used to take 30mg of Vyvanse (ADHD medication) for the past year or so, then a few days ago I switched to 40mg and now I am able to do all the things that I want to do, but before I wasn't and I couldn't focus properly in class or do my college work. Without any medication, I feel too tired to do anything, even something as simple as watching TV becomes impossible.

A lot of people have untreated mental health issues and that is why they live such miserable lives.
